This weekend was Tbilisoba 2011. A festival marking the city's founding. Or the vintage. Or the fall harvest in general. Something.
Shhhh. Don't tell anyone, but between you and me, it was kind of a ...... yawn. Oh, there were a few almost-great heights here and there, like the two different renditions of Lady Marmalade we heard sung by two different groups. Or the .... umm, I've already forgotten.
Fortunately, I was in pleasant company with Eberle and Jennifer, so we still had a good time. Later, we caught up with Marie, another colleague, and saw various other TLGers we hadn't seen in awhile. That was nice. Yes, it was all very nice.
My photos are nice, too. But I think it would be much more interesting to insert the original Lady Marmalade here instead.
