Why don't I see this on any round-the-world packing list?
It should be. This is the eyeliner for dummies. It's not a liquid that you have to be steady as a surgeon to apply. Or a pencil that you might stab yourself with, or need to sharpen. Glides on like butter. Stays on.
And in the case of emergencies, you can use it to draw a map, write "m'aidez" on the mirror, and, if properly trained, use it as a lethal weapon.
